Lake Las Vegas

Discover An Oasis

Developed around a 320-acre manmade lake, the Mediterranean-themed Lake Las Vegas ranks as the premier resort community in Southern Nevada. The 3,600-acre community is located east of Henderson on the way to Lake Mead and offers panoramic mountain and lake views. The Strip can be seen 17 miles to the west.

Lake Las Vegas was built as a golf resort with three courses, including the Jack Nicklaus-designed South Shore Golf Club and Reflection Bay.

Development began in the mid-1990s with a Hyatt Regency (now Westin Lake Las Vegas) and a mix of high-end condos, villas and custom homes. Many of its residents are second-home or vacation homeowners, with Southern California as its primary market. It’s the only luxury community in Southern Nevada with its own heliport.

The crown jewel of Lake Las Vegas is MonteLago Village, a mix of boutique retail, upscale dining, and the 40,000-square-foot casino. The village is distinguished by a replica of the famed Ponte Vecchio Bridge in Florence, Italy. Visitors can take in the natural beauty of the lake and surrounding mountains on various boat tours from the marina. Paddleboats are also available for rent.

The calendar of events at Lake Las Vegas includes a spectacular Fourth of July fireworks show, dragon boat races and concert performances on a floating stage. Andrea Bocelli once performed there.

The former Ritz-Carlton hotel, the first in Southern Nevada, has been rebranded as Ravella at Lake Las Vegas. The 349-room hotel has meeting rooms, business center, fitness center, pool and airport shuttle service.

Lake Las Vegas has more than 20 distinct neighborhoods from condos, villas and courtyard homes to lakeshore executive homes. In addition to custom homes built by Toll Bros. and Goliath Company, production builders such as Woodside and Harmony have introduced single-family homes from the $300,000s.
