One of the most sought after locations in Las Vegas
Queensridge, the 800-acre jewel of Peccole Ranch, is considered one of the premier upscale communities on the west side of Las Vegas and is home to some of the most luxurious homes in the valley.
Residents and guests enter through two guarded gates flanked by larger-than-life horse sculptures on each side. The community features lush landscaping, fantastic views of Red Rock Canyon and the Spring Mountains, green belts and parks, fitness center, swimming pool, spa and tennis courts.
Badlands Golf Club, designed by Johnny Miller, challenges players with three distinct nine-hole public courses. The clubhouse has a restaurant and banquet facilities, cocktail lounge and pro shop.
One Queensridge Place, built in the northeast portion of the community, offers 219 luxury condos in twin 18-story towers.
About 600 European-style homes feature some of the finest custom homebuilding details found in Las Vegas. Prices range from the $800,000s to more than $10 million. Current listings include a six-bedroom, 12,300-square-foot home on 1.19 acres for $8.9 million.
Queensridge is zoned for John Bonner Elementary School, Rogich Middle School and Palo Verde High School. Nearby private schools include The Meadows, Alexander Dawson and Faith Lutheran Academy.
